Reserved for students with families or couples living common-law.
There are 20 two and three-bedroom unfurnished townhomes available.
All utilities are included, however, a utility surcharge may be imposed in order to off-set increasing utility costs.
Each home has its own entrance and a balcony. The living room and kitchen are on one floor and the bedrooms are on a different one.
All townhomes have a refrigerator, stove and window coverings. There are storage areas, along with access to satellite tv, internet connection and an outdoor area designated for children to play.
The three bedroom units have an apartment-sized washer and dryer. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities that are available
